Bobbi Kristina Whitney Houston Brown...

Yes indeed, if you didn't know that's her full legal name.  Bobbi Kristina Whitney Houston Brown... Wow!  Well, Bobbi Kris, as her mama, singing diva Whitney Houston calls her, is rumored to have her own reality show... Yep!  Bobbi Kristina announced this last week via her twitter page.

TheGrio’s writer Ronda Racha Penrice recently wrote a piece about the dangers of the Bobbi Kristina choosing this route over much needed rehab for her issues with drugs and celebrity.  Here's what it said....

In today's celebrity-obsessed culture where fame appears to be an unalienable right to far too many, Bobbi Kristina's insistence that "The world needs 2know me 4who I REALLY am" is more than suspect. Matter of fact, it reeks of a set-up.
After all, Bobbi Kristina did tweet that the photo that ran in the National Enquirer was staged by an ex-boyfriend. Initially, that story sounded phony. But, now, maybe there is some truth to it.
Think about it. It's no secret that both of Bobbi Kristina's parents have struggled with substance abuse issues so naturally word of their only child together going through the same scenario would attract attention. Now try to recall where Bobby Brown's career was pre-reality show. Other than a few jokes regarding his "King of R&B" status and many run-ins with the law, he wasn't very relevant on his own. Although he had once ruled the fantasies of many teenage girls, his transition into adult music star went from bang to bust despite several pop hits.

While it is conceivable that Brown's star dimmed under the mega-watt voltage of Whitney Houston's career, there's no denying that his status as Mr. Whitney Houston kept him in the limelight, especially with the mainstream press. Being Bobby Brown, although heavily aided by Houston's unbelievable appearances, played a significant role in re-establishing Brown as a star in his own right, even if it was on a much smaller scale than he had once enjoyed.
When it premiered on Bravo June 30, 2005, Being Bobby Brown, fueled by the appearance of then wife Whitney Houston as aforementioned, averaged over 1.1 million viewers for each of the two episodes, according to Reality TV World. Those were big numbers back then, especially for Bravo which had not quite found its reality television dominating niche. Today, Bravo rules with reality TV fare, especially its Real Housewives brand, and it's not a stretch to say that Being Bobby Brown played a significant role in its ascendancy to the top of the reality show mountain.
