Weekend Box Office May 6th - 8th

     Let's see which movie earned the big bucks at the box office this weekend...

5.)  Rio - $8,200,000

4.)  Something Borrowed -  $13,155,000

3.)  Jumping the Broom - $13,700,000

2.)  Fast Five - $32,518,560 

1.)  Thor - $66,000,000

     Congratulations to Thor! 66 million is a huge opening weekend number!  I am a little disappointed that Jumping the Broom only earned 13.7 million.  I was expecting more.  I saw Jumping the Broom and it's a really good movie. Good acting, great actors, good plot, no cursing... Hmmm, may be this is why it didn't do well at the box office. 
     I must admit though, it wasn't as funny as I thought it was going to be, but overall on a scale from 1 - 10, 10 being the highest, I would give it an 8!  If you didn't get a chance to see Jumping the Broom yet, check it out sometime this weekend or definitely the weekend, you'll be glad you did.
