Bishop Eddie Long had a message for his accusers during his Easter Sunday sermons. Long did not come out right and say anything about the lawsuit against him or any possible settlement in the sex scandal. Instead he gave his accusers a message, "You ain't messin' with me. I shall rise again and I ain't going through this."
In another one of Long's sermons, he delivered several on Easter Sunday, he said, " You have to go down there and let the devil know that what they thought was gonna kill you, didn't kill you. What they thought was gonna bring terror to you, didn't bring terror to you and you made the enemies public spectacle." Bishop Eddie Long's case is nearing a settlement.
