Baton Rouge's New BREC Water Park: LIBERTY LAGOON!

     Well the heat is on, in a MAJOR way!  Baton Rouge has a new little cute water park for the kids.  It's called Liberty Lagoon.  It's located at 111 Lobdell Ave. in Baton Rouge next to the Independence Park softball fields (between Independence Blvd. and Florida Blvd.).
     Here's some water park information for you:

Fees

Ages 2 and younger—FREE

Ages 3 to 12—$7 plus tax

Ages 13 and older—$9 plus tax

Lazy River tubes—$1 plus tax each per day (all day use)

Public lockers—$1 plus tax each per day (all day use)

All guests MUST have a ticket to enter the facility, regardless of time staying.

Youth 12 and younger must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older while in the facility.

Season hours subject to change due to weather.

Maximum capacity is 600 guests.

May 28–Aug. 14

Mon–Sat, 11 a.m.–7 p.m.

Sun, noon–7 p.m.

 

After School Season

Aug. 15–19

4:30–7:30 p.m.

 

Weekend Season

Aug. 20–Sept. 11 (Saturdays and Sundays only)

Sat, 11 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sun., Noon - 7 p.m.
