Well, it's not what you think. Kanye isn't insulting or outing Bieber. He simply wants to work with him... Yep, that's right. Kanye West wants to produce "a bunch of new songs" on Justin Bieber's new album. Kanye has worked with Bieber before. Remember the remix track to the song 'Runaway Love.' That was a Kanye and Bieber collabo... Scooter Braun, Bieber's manager, confirmed that West and Bieber are indeed planning on working together again. Well how about that all you Kanye and Justin fans!
