I Never Knew A Snowball Could Cause This...

This is crazy!  I'm sure you're going to agree.  As soon as I heard this I had to share it with you all.  Let me set up the scene for you.
You're in VA and it's snowing.  It's 4 a.m. and you get up to go outside and start shoveling snow from your driveway, now I know for some of us we've never had to deal with this, but for many people during the winter season this is a common activity.  Anyway, as you're shoveling snow all of a sudden a snowball strikes you.  Of course you become kind of upset and shocked because you're thinking, where did that come from?  You look around and you see the person who hit you with the snowball... Okay, so what do you do next?  The person you see doesn't look familiar, of course that would probably make you more upset.  Would your next thought or movement be to pull out a blade and slice the throat of the person you see?  Extreme right?  I know!
Well that's what Tyree Merle Alexander, 40 yrs. old did.  He was arrested early Thursday morning in Prince William County Virginia, after he sliced the neck of  a 23 yr. old.  After the 23 yr. old hit Tyree, a massive argument broke out between the two.  Tyree ended the name calling and cursing by cutting the 23 yr. old with a box cutter on his throat.  Neighbors nearby called the police for help.  When police arrived they took Mr. Tyree Merle Alexander in to custody.  The 23 yr. old was airlifted to a nearby hospital with life threatening injuries.
Wow!  How horrible is this.  Come on people.  We have got to do better!.  What do you think about this?  Feel free to post your comments... Hmmm... I never knew a snowball could cause this.

  1. Ok, personally, I think its very sad that this grown man at the age of 40 didn't know any better to handle the situation in an adult manner! However, and most people won't like what I"m about to say, but we as a people put ourselves in the situation that we're being faced with, most of the time! Think about this; had this man been shoveling snow and not been hit by a snowball, he most likely would've shoveled the snow and continued on with his day with no problems! Now, feeling bad for this 23 yr old and hoping that he's going to be okay, had he not hit this man with a snowball they would have never gotten into an argument and there certainly would have never been such tragedy! Sadly to say, the 23 yr old put himself in this situation! ~B.Russ~
